RUN FOR THE SON FUN RUN
and Fallen Heroes Day Event

Trinity ELC-8th Grade students ask family and friends to sponsor their fun run participation. Community businesses and organizations sponsor the fun run with direct funds and in-kind donations. Funds raised support the school and educational programs, the Scholarship for children of first responders and active military service members, and provide Financial Aid to help current and potential school families.
Lt. Kelsey Sadler was a Harford County native, wife to Brandon Sadler (former U.S. Army Sergeant) and Stepmom to Mikayla (Trinity fifth grader). She gave her life along with fellow firefighters while trying to save lives on January 24, 2022.
Our Run For The Son event honors heroes like Kelsey, as well as all of our Fallen Heroes who have given their lives to protect and serve others.
Students have the time of their lives running the course, meeting first responder heroes, learning about fire safety and first responder careers, touring fire engines, ladder trucks, ambulances, sheriff patrol cars, SWAT vehicles, watching a K-9 demo and operating the fire hose.
